Process of reservation

After you fill in and send a form we will contact you by telephone, fax or email to inform you whether your reservation was successful, so it is necessary to provide your telephone, fax or email contact.

After your reservation is confirmed we will send to your home address two copies of „ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER)“, in which you find the date of stay, type of accommodation, catering and preliminary price of the stay. You have to sign the voucher and send it back to the hotel.

After we receive one copy of the accommodation voucher which was signed by you then you agree to stay in our hotel. You will submit the second copy of the accommodation voucher when you check-in in the hotel.
